USC Health & Wellness Week invites you to explore and experience the array of campus resources and activities that support your health and wellness every day, in every area of your life.

The Division of Student Affairs, in partnership with campus departments and student orgs, will have free events happening all week. All members of the USC community are welcome!

So, try out for the F45 Playoffs, check out a new exercise class, or sit in on a meditation or mindfulness session this week. You’ll discover there are so many ways to #BeWellUSC!

All Week Long:

Free gym access and fitness classes at USC Village Fitness Center, Lyon Center and HSC Fitness Center.
